This space on the 2nd Floor of Allendale used to be a large VPK classroom. When the Preschool closed in 2022, this space was dedicated to the community and transformed with the help of the Leadership St. Pete® (LSP) Class of 2023 into a Coworking Space, opening in the Summer of 2023. This space has 10 desks, 3 collaboration zones, printers, lockers, and other amenities, making it a great space to work and collaborate.

This space provides a lower-cost alternative for individuals and non-profits who need a space to work and meet.

We use an online reservation system to allow you to reserve any of the available desks in the space. Contact us for a tour and to set up an account for you to reserve a desk.

You can reserve one of the desks in the space for $300/month or lease a shared desk for $125/month or $75/week. When you reserve a desk, it’s blocked out in our booking system, so you always have that same spot. If you choose a shared desk, you might not be at the same desk each day. All options include access to WiFi, a locker (bring your own lock), and low-volume color printing.

This space on the 1st Floor of Allendale is designed to be a great meeting space for 20-25 people in person. It is also equipped to handle hybrid meetings, where there are both in-person and online meeting participants.

The room features large televisions on three sides and a ceiling-mounted Meeting Owl camera that captures a 360° panoramic view of the room and can automatically focus on whoever is talking. The camera does all the work automatically and doesn’t require any special apps or training to use.

Space is available for your organization. If the coworking space isn’t a good fit, private offices can be created for you or your organization.

We have transformed much of the space at Allendale to create a new Allendale Equity & Justice Center featuring a Hybrid Meeting Room, Co-working Space, and future office space. The Allendale Equity & Justice Center is a safe space to collaborate on equity & justice work for the benefit of the community.

We believe it is vital to have a physical space for individuals and organizations to gather, build relationships, exchange ideas, plan actions, participate in workshops, and more.

It’s important to have a safe space where people of diverse backgrounds can come together and work toward collective liberation. The Allendale Equity & Justice Center is designed to be a hub for collaborative efforts to create real change in our local community.
