Allendale is at a crossroads… the collective financial investment pledges made for 2023 will be consequential in shaping who Allendale will be in the future.
Over the last 6 years we have seen an increase in congregational giving double with pledges for 2022 totaling $300,000. Your investment in our collective work has born fruit that has reached far beyond the walls of Allendale. We have been building up a new world.
We are a congregation filled with new faces and stories. Our immediate work is to get to know each other, creating a community of care. Post pandemic we will begin to increase opportunities for in-person gatherings, eating, and study. As we strengthen our relationships we will be better equipped to do the hard work of building up a new world of equity and justice.
Your pledge enables us to plan a 2023 budget that will be a faithful response for who God is calling Allendale to be. Our communal resources are to be a living offering. Our shared money, a tool for liberation. Our shared skills, expressions of dedication and love. We pledge what we have that it may be so!
